Just when I think things are quiet they start up again.

I am told that I do not have lupus but something like it. Been on high
dose prednisone for 7 years and the pred is eating me up. Unfortuantly
when below prednisone threshhold I get fevers, chills conffusion high sed
rate and areas of my head swell up. (not GCA)

Well, I dumped my cough and cold medicines - made me too whacky :)
Taking antibiotics instead.
Starting to feel (some) better. :)

I had the lymphedema evaluation yesterday, have to go monday for a
dopplar to make sure no bloodclots, then if all clear will have to have
5 treatments a week till we get all the fluid off and will continue work

Sorry if I sound a little whiny, but I am in a very discouraging
flare-up (my first experience). I have serositis, which had my lung and
