I've recently started dating a wonderful woman who has lupus.  I don't know
much, so I'm turning to you folks to guide me to good information (web
sites, but especially books) that will help me understand her condition and
how to support her.

Well tis the season to be "jolly"?
I had to see that opthamologist and he did check my eyes and believe me the
pain had not let up. Did the Schirmer's test, the one for "dry eyes" .
almost had to peel that sucker out of my eyes.  Ever have one done?

I think it's not a standard treatment in UK or Canada until the trial
results are out or unless by special dispensation or if it's fast tracked
due to astonishing results (compared to other protocols).
Let's see what Shelagh, BJ, Andy or Herb say about that.

I had my first Rheumy appointment yesterday , i had all the blood
special blood tests taken and a urinalysis, because my doctor knows i
have the skin form of lupus and checking to see if i have SLE, results

Hi Everyone, alot going on here, my friend who is a kidney transplant
patient (7 years ago not Lupus related) had to go in for a hernia
operation last week and once they got in they had to remove 5 inches of
