I know we all experience fatigue with our SLE. I want to know some of your
ideas on helping me fight it. It seems like everyday at work, I die in front
of my computer. I have got to bring up my energy level somehow. I have too
much to do and too many deadlines at work.

sorry not posted for a while, things been really 'not nice' at work;alot of
really young deaths (you think i'd be used to it, but when they're younger
than me it really smarts mortality).

My face rash is back with a vengeance, although nothing feels
particularly wrong with the rest of me. My face feels tight and stings
a little when I apply my normal moisturizers and sunblock. Does anybody
have a particular topical med to calm the malar rash when it strikes?

Just wanted to let you know we finally heard from family dr on my
daughter's ultrasound. They want her to go to a surgeon to do a biopsy
as there are multiple but not really a mass so they are just trying to
cover all bases she go in the 10th.

Very briefly, I started experiencing pains and problems with my joints
