Prayers for New Orleans28 Sep 2005 05:29 GMT13
I want to send a prayer for the people of New Orleans and surrounding areas.
I feel so bad for them. I live in constant fear of the same thing happening
to my daughter in Charleston, SC. She lives on an island. The weather on our
world has gotten unbelievable.

Just thought I'd share this story with all of you.
I called my friend and asked about her children who live in Galveston Beach.
Her SIL was transferred to TX and rather than trying to move the wife's
business and farm the SIL just bought a house in GB and commutes between the

For whatever reason I can't seem to download new posts this weekend.
Just wanted to let you guys know that I called Cindy's house late in the
afternoon on Friday and no one answered. I'm sure she evacuated. She's also
probably one of those to return quickly because I think her ...

It has been quite awhile since i have posted.  Life has been hectic.
Thankfully I have been doing much better - no fevers, rashes and hives
pretty much gone, stomach problems gone - all that I have these days is
joint pain (mainly in hips, back, knees), fibro pain and fatigue ...

I haven't been here for a while so I thought I should check in for an
update.  I celebrated a birthday yesterday so I feel thankful the
dastardly lupus has been thwarted for another year.

I'm not exactly here18 Sep 2005 17:58 GMT2
I'm trying to keep up with the reading, but I'm exhausted. I'm smack in the
middle of the County Fair! I'm sure I've whined and complained in the past
but this year it's beating me down. I don't want to give it up but I'm
seriously thinking about it. It's taking a bigger toll on me ...
