Good sunscreen for face?08 Mar 2005 20:25 GMT9
I am still here; just plodding along in low gear, if you know what I mean.
My question is about sunscreen/moisturizer for the face.  I am now using Oil
of Olay complete for sensitive skin, and I like it really well, but it is
only SPF 15.  I am coming to the bottom of the bottle ...
overhead lights08 Mar 2005 18:19 GMT1
We're working on my new lights for the kitchen. Right now I have regular
vanity lights, these are the bulbs you can actually look at without blinding
yourself. But I noticed they have several different type of these
incandescence bulbs including a "newer" brighter white light. Would ...
peeling and bleeding lesions07 Mar 2005 08:35 GMT14
I started getting those lesions that scar with a pit in the middle and
red around the outside.  Yeay.  But this last one started to peel and
bleed.  Is this typical of the lesions?  Should I tell my doc it's
happening, or can it wait until I have a more significant complaint to

LDN06 Mar 2005 21:31 GMT24
Has this drug been talked about here at all?  I joined an on-line group
for LDN and am just learning about it.  Thought I'd mention it incase
others wanted to look into it too.  I'm interested because of it's low
side effects since I can't take other medications for Lupus.  It is
A quick update...04 Mar 2005 23:09 GMT2
Hi Everyone.  I wrote a while ago about my sister in law.  I just wanted to
write a short note to tell you that so far things are okay again.  She got
home after being in the hospital for about two and a half weeks.  A week of
which she was in isolation (gloves, masks and full ...
CGT04 Mar 2005 22:16 GMT3
Just wanted to share.
My granddaughter had one photo accepted in the juried competition/exhibit at
the museum. This is not a youth competition - she's up against adults and
professionals. She's 10 and she's been playing with the "big boys" in this
Lupus symptom help04 Mar 2005 16:43 GMT3
I was diagnosed with SLE about a year and a half ago. My WBC has been
slightly low, but I have not shown any inflamation nor other symptoms.
For years,I have been taking a product called OPC-3. It is a powerfull
anti-oxident made from grape seed, billberry, red wine and pine bark ...

What are the symptoms of lupus?
General statements about symptoms of lupus can be helpful, but each
person's experience will be very different.
Let it snow... let it snow...04 Mar 2005 01:27 GMT9
I am home today on a snow day! Yay! Well, a work from home day. I watched
the Jane Pauly Show (yeah, I should have been working when I was doing that)
and they had a woman on who was put in remission from her RA by a gluten
free diet. Hmmm... they tried that with me, but only for ...

STILL CAN'T BELIEVE HE'S GONE, HE'S BEEN IN/OUT OF HOSPITAL FOR SO LONG NOW.
THE SHOES ON THE OTHER FOOT NOW, GETTING BEREAVEMENT ADVICE INSTEAD OF
GIVING IT, FEELS REALLY ODD.
Hormone replacement and Lupus01 Mar 2005 22:16 GMT2
Here's what I've gathered. Read them each  - I'm only copying some of the
text
There seems to be a SELENA study (no idea if it's ongoing, finished) about
