Hi Friends,
We are packing up to leave on our trip tomorrow. We will be gone for about
two weeks. I wish speedy healing for all of you who are sick. I hope those

I hope today find's "Lupies" everywhere better than the day before! It feels
like a hard road some days. I'm afraid I'm not quite over the last flair
that put me in ICU for 4 days, the hospital fo 8 and I'm already having

Well folks!!!  I am NOW off the imuran.  I had to cut down another bp med
this week, then restart at the very low dose of imuran.
I started the weakness and bingo, vomiting.  Even zofran didn't get to it.
I have never had such abdominal cramping in my life.  I felt like my body

i was diagnosed with discoid lupus about 6 yrs ago.  other than living
with it and learning as i go  i dont know much about it love to hear
from any one with knowledge or helpful hints

Anyone had any experience with this? It's a eye disease that causes
warping/waving of the cornea; the cornea being 70% connective tissue.

the only "support" groups I find are those with people using a particular
product and talking about "flushing" all the time.  There's a lot of
misinformation on those groups from what I can tell.

Has anyone tried Glucosamine and/or Chondroitin?  I am just starting now and
have been told it will take 3-4 weeks before it will be effective. Is
supposed to help joint pain. Would like to have some feedback from anyone
who has tried it or heard of it.  I am using the brand name ...
