I have just been diag. with "Tubular Lupus"????
And, I thought I knew all of them ((The lupuses": DLE / SCLE / SLE (and,
subsets)) -- supposedly, tubular is between DLE and, SCLE.
Anyone ever heard of this? It actually IS in the medical books!

Hi J, Yes, I had the surgery on the 24th.  In addition to the
panniculectomy, the surgeon did an abdominoplasty.  My abdominal muscles
were separated along the midline, above and below the navel.  Recovery
is going well.  I'm so glad that Kip has been home.  She went back to

I talked to Sherry last night and she's sick as a dog with cold-like
symptoms. Seems both she and her hubby have it. I think some good vibes
headed in her direction would be appreciated.

I was thinking. Didn't she say as she got closer to Xmas her treatment would
get more difficult and more dangerous? And I think she gets the stem cell
transplant right before Xmas if all goes well. I'm hoping that no news is
good news and that she is withstanding the treatments. ...

I've been on prednisone at varying dosages for 3.5 years now and I
just had an appointment with my rheumatologist who said that it's most
likely I will have to take it now for the rest of my life since I've
been on it so long.  She said the most realistic goal is 5 mg a day.

Thanks Sharon , when all the joints ache tis time to Grrr and get moving
