Mike and I celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary tonight at the movies.

Okay, here I go:  I am down to 10mg pred, which was my doctors goal for me.
It took me quite a while to get here!  I alternated between 12.5 and 10mg
for two weeks, and now have been at 10 every day for about 4 days.  My

Well, I did it.  I woke up with a mouth full of assertive words &

I did a dumb dumb thing today.  I did not take my meds until late afternoon
and I overdid things today.  Consequently I am in awful pain and need to
whine.....  cheese please?  Shame of me.  Why don't I get with the program?

Sorry I've been mostly absent recently.  School and work combined take
