Well, I took the prednisone up to 30 mg (on my own, the Dr is on Vacation),
because I had no choice.  Those of you who know me, know that I "have to" do
this, for there is no other way I can get the chores of life done.  I think

Today my mom took me out to get some clothes that fit, because I've
gained weight on the pred.  There was a great sale today on plus-size
clothes near me, 75% off most of the store!  I got three nightgowns, one
periwinkle robe, lots of nice outfits, and socks, etc, for $370!  ...

Just wanted to share the good news, that I lost four lbs already on my
new diet!  :)  I've been following it for 2 days now, and it seems to be
working well for me!  I'm hoping to lose 10 lbs by the end of August.

I had a message from Cindy W last night. She thanked Janers for the phone

Praise the Lord! I just got my results back from my needle biopsy Tuesday on
my Thyroid. It shows no cancer. It does look like I may have Hashimotos but
if I just have to take Synthroid for the rest of my life. I can handle that.

Been reading your posts as I lay in bed.  I'm so sick of this weather &
sick of feeling bad.  I'm like Mair.  I just want to feel like doing
basic things.  I don't think I've ever wanted to vacuum so bad in my
