Well guys, my FBG came back normal at 90 mg/dL, but my RBCs are elevated: RBC count: 5.97 million cells/uL Hb: 17.9 g/dL

Do they perform flow cytometry of bone marrow aspirate? Does the ordeing clinician specify which antibodies to use, or does s/he just specify which disease he's looking for, or does he specify nothing? How does one interpret the flow cytometry scatter plot? Which is more

I'm a non-diabetic w/ a fasting blood glucose of 37 mg/dL, and tremors, ataxia --which could be neurological as well--, restlessness, and occasional dizziness. My FP says just eat more, but I drink enough sugar through out the day to be hyperglycemic. Do I need a C-peptide
