I've heard that the erythrocyte sedimentation rate is being phased out
in favor of the plasma viscosity? Why? And I've also heard you can
replace the ESR w/ C-reactive protein titers. Any reason why the
venerable ESR is losing it's popularity? Thanks!!!!
