It's a well known fact that nurses are leaving their
profession in droves.  And they are leaving it in
such numbers that the new nurses coming out of
shools are not enough to replace them.

Could someone steer me in the right direction for recent debate on the
clinical value of routine urinalysis?

I just have to add a rant over something that happened today. A patient came
in to our ER with a complaint of malaise, weakness, "green sputum", no
fever. He apparently is a recovering alky, no drug use, many many trips to
the ER for vague symptoms. Previous labs were pretty much ...

We are looking to replace our CellDyn 1700 in a lab doing 40-50 CBC'
daily. What analyzers do you recommend and why?  Any to completel
stay away from

this seems the most suitable category so here we go. For the last 3 months i
have been having headaches everyday, feeling mentally
slow and really spaced out. I have had a MRI and a neurological exam with
everything looking normal except on this bit of paper i have the neurologist

Anyone got any updates on where BMS grades have fitted in to the A4C
bandings ?
