In a case of sudden-onset hemolytic anemia due to the presence of cold
agglutinins, how would you be able to discern whether a CMV infection
or a B-cell lymphoma was the root cause?  Would there be any way to
tell from a standard CBC?  Or would you recommend additional tests?

But there can be some difference in understanding on blood/serum level

MLO just arrived yesterday.  It included a brief article on ten instruments
that changed the clinical lab.
I've worked with every one of them, recall when all but the Klett and the
Coleman Jr. II were the best things since, well, since vacutainer tubes.
