Third party software between an LIS and Referring Doctor office management program29 Jul 2003 11:54 GMT3
Hi, does anyone have any advice on Third party software between an LIS and
Referring Doctor office management program.  We're looking at LabTrak and
our doctors will be using Medical Director.  Thanks

Just out of interest... can they be sued for mistakes in
the way doctors can? Therefore requiring indemnity
insurance?
Just wondering if this is an issue at all.
Beckman Coulter GenS and NT 4 SP609 Jul 2003 01:37 GMT1
The laboratory I am supporting is running a Coulter Counter GenS with
workstation software verison 4A2. The O/S is NT 4 Service Pack 4.  A
couple months ago, I contacted beckman coulter and they strongly
advised against installing Service Pack  6 and other critical patches.
Good old Tommy08 Jul 2003 18:55 GMT2

"insights".
