Viral glycoproteins are translated from HSV RNA on the rough endoplasmic reticulum then transported to the golgi body in vesicles to continue the glycosylation process. The glycoproteins are then transported in vesicles to the nuclear or plasma membrane.

Indeed, most websites that talk about the herpes virus advice about eating high lysine/low arginine (ratio) containing foods. Therefore, I believe people would avoid a whole lot of types of foods and eat more of other types of foods.

Has anybody heard news regarding the Pockit test? That's the blood test with results in 10 minutes (for type 2 only) and made available right in your local doc's office. It was taken off the market when the company that developed it filed for bankruptcy, but I've heard now

Hi group, A recent blood test showed what my doctor thinks is a high level of HSV1 antibodies; (I don't remember the number exactly, but a 3.3 sticks in my mind.)
