Currently have fever blisters on mouth. I am not sexually active. Touched penis 2 days ago, now have small lump on top of penis. It ithches alot, im not sure if this is herpes..or?

is there any way to tell whether i have just plain zits in my pubic hair area (not on scrotum nor penis) or if i have herpes? in the past month, i've devloped 3 very large zit looking bumps in my pubic area (not all at once, but as one faded away the next one appeared).
