Anybody try Bendadryl for the itchies?  I have enough lotions and
potions on the shelf to run a drug store.  so far, the best lotion
I've found is Eucarin

I'm coming up to 21 weeks on treatment now (out of 48) type 1 HCV, I
was almost PCR neg at 4 weeks but not quite but was at 12 weeks so now
I'm just carrying on carrying on hoping any remaining bits of virus
hiding under the radar are getting there a.ses firmly kicked.

Good news: as the headline said, my results came back "undetectable"
at 12 weeks.  Now if I can just get thru 9 more months of tx.

This is interesting.....the lab that collected the blood donations swore she
definitely has HCV.  So, per regulations, she went to the local health
department and had the test(s) redone:

Hey all,
   I asked the doc for a list of foods drinks and things I should avoid
(besides alchohol). I got the usual "oh thats easy... yada yada" and here I
am a couple of months later asking my self what she said.

7 years ago I was diagnosed with HCV+, I am not realy sure which type, but I
remeber that my doctor told me that's one of the easier ones to deal with.
Anyway after 6 month of self injection and pills, they told me that I am
fine and dont need to use any other medication.

Hi, my wife has finished her treatments, but the thrush has come back
on het tongue and we can't get her to a doctor for a while, doe anyone
know of any OTC medications that can help till she can get a
prescription?

So the dragon-skin of Tx is almost all gone but I'm watching changes
in my skin I don't fully understand...
 I'm almost 2 months post-Tx and my legs and arms (mostly) have a
"capillary-flush"--red mottling--no pain and thank God no itching!!!
