Until I see my doctor again, can some of you that are in the know, tell us who are not, what things we can do to help our liver? I know eliminating alcohol, but what else? Any vitamins or something else we should include that would make our liver "happy"?

I tested positive for hep C in 2002 but no one bothered telling me till 2005 I was having surgery and they asked me in preop what i was doing for my hep C i was dumb founded. Anyway my new doctor ran the test again and it came up positive so he sent me to some kind of liver ...

This is a difficult article for me to read because of all the scientific lingo. However, my interpretation is that the anemia caused by treatment isnt exclusively hemolytic anemia, or the destruction of red blood cells.
