Hi - I know we're supposed to be eating healthy foods - lots of fruits
and veggies and drinking lots of water - but I was wondering if anyone
has any other ideas on what to eat and why? I eat pretty good, but
could use more ideas/info.  Also on drinking lots of water, I am

Still doing well. I would say my side effects are still minimal,
although I lack  energy. Anti-depressants not needed know in my
opinion.

dean was in the hospital twice for a urinary infection and he had
