A few questions20 Aug 2006 01:37 GMT21
Hi folks.  I have one shot left for next Tuesday.  I do have a few
questions.  After this experience I want to protect myself from HEP A
and B with twinrix.  How soon do I have to wait to be vaccinated?  When
do the drugs dissipate in my system?  How long before I feel like my
neupogen -19 Aug 2006 18:42 GMT14
Hey - I am injecting neupogen twice a week (soon to be 3 days a week)
because my absolute neutrophils are .7 these days. The day after my
first injection of the week (I do it every other day for 2 or 3 days) I
feel really crappy. My doc doesn't think it's from the neupogen, he
Side effects of TX and lasting side effects19 Aug 2006 17:44 GMT32
Someone on another board posted all the side effects from the drugs given
for tx and at the bottom it said some side effects could lead to death, some
were irreversible, some would go away after 8 weeks. The side effects listed
were horrific. It really freaks me out. I'd like to ...
Fuckin insurance companies19 Aug 2006 16:18 GMT9
I use Enbrel because of arthritis and psoriasis. In June my company switched
insurance companines to Premera. They told us there would be no break in

Adoption and Hepatitis C19 Aug 2006 05:31 GMT8
Does anyone know of any literature on this subject? Also, does anyone
know of anybody who has adopted or took on a foster child after they
found out they have HCV? My wife spoke with a doctor today about this
subject. The doctor implied that people with HCV shouldn't be allowed

Was I exposed, could I have been infected?19 Aug 2006 02:51 GMT3
I found out I might've been exposed to hepatitis c, though i certainly
hope not.  I was at my buddies last week and we went in the jacuzzi,
little did I know that earlier in the day he and his girlfriend had
been in there and she gave him a bl.wj.b in the tub (didn't swallow
Question18 Aug 2006 23:18 GMT27
This question is for everyone who has chosen not to take tx. and actually
everyone else. If a biopsy is needed to see the condition of your liver, how
often should it be done? Is it possible for your liver to advance it's stage
rapidly without you having symptoms?
Panicky18 Aug 2006 18:12 GMT5
Some days I feel a bit panicky. It seems to be triggered by morbid thoughts
(about someone dying for example) or just by too much reminiscing about the
past, especially the inability to recall something. Perhaps the thoughts don't
actually cause the panic but the other way round. ...

Still doing ok. Side effects still minimal. Some bone ache from time to
time. I take a tylenol when it starts to bother me. Otherwise nothing
to report.
