I received the results of my week 8 blood test a few minutes ago. My original Alt levels were 185. My 2 week alt levels were 143. My 8 week levels have continued to decline to 98!! So all indications are that I am a responder.

My understanding is that these tests have little predictive value. In fact I know two cases, one being my own, where they were absolutely terrible until the very end, and yet I came up with SVR, and another case, just the opposite.
