Well, I whined long enough about the delay and I've just been informed
that I will start this Friday afternoon (finally).  After lurking here

I got about 10 hours of sleep the other night and woke the next morning
feeling great. Had my coffee, got ready for work, and then did my normal
morning commute.
By the time I got to work I was still feeling great.

so, it turns out I don't have the tachycardia issues, I have
atrial fibrillation.  which in and of itself is not a big deal,
but it can cause blood clots, which can be a big deal.  so they
want me on an anti coagulant (cumanin) to help prevent blood

I seem to have some sort of kidney or liver problem but my doctor does not
seem to think that I have kidney or liver problems since all blood and
urine tests don't indicate any major problems.
The Hemoglobin Screen (urine test) was positive but the doctor said that

Well, I got a phone call from that gypsy guy, Russ, today from somewhere in
Washington state. He's making a bit of a side trip to check out Pender
