recently found out that i have HVC type 1. Started meds..on Aug, 12. The side affects are next to unbearable (to many to discribe). My viral load went from (46,000) down to (75) as of Nov, 11. I'm optimistic that i will rid myself of this horrible virus.

I just got in on a clinical trial of NM283 or Valopicitabine. It takes the place of ribavirin. The trial is once a week interferon and twice a day NM283. There are 5 arms of the trial which vary the dose of NM283.
