My doc told me that there was no downside to treatment, that is once I
finish, the sides will diminish after 6 months and I'll be in the condition
I was before tx (assuming it doesn't work).  I've read here and elsewhere of
lasting ill effects like neuroma and skin conditions.  ...

Saw the Doc today. Great guy. I'm having the blood tests done, of course, but
he kind of hinted that there was an option to get the biopsy.  Other than the
fact that you know how damaged your liver is, what other need is there to
really go through this?  How about the ultrasound? ...

Did or do any of you get looked at and treated like a Leper when people find
out you've got Hep C?  I know here in where I live I do and it really hurts
my feelings.  Most people assume I was a drug addict and I never was.  When
I had my last baby the hospital went all nuts over it. ...
