Mother Teresa - Where are her Millions?20 Jun 2005 20:35 GMT15
The Following Feature Appeared in Germany's STERN magazine on 10 September
1998 on occasion on Mother Teresa's 1st death anniversary.
It is worth pointing out here that STERN, one of Europe's highest selling
magazines, is a conservative organ, not known for its anti-Catholic bias.
Howdy from Kodiak20 Jun 2005 20:27 GMT5
I finally downloaded the newsgroups. I can only get a 16.2 kbs connection
here, if I'm lucky a 19.2, whoopie eh? Man I miss the DSL at home but at
least I can get online and pay my bills.
This place is something else. I have pictures of the area from the job I was
I'm back home20 Jun 2005 13:17 GMT14
33 straight days of 12 hours a day was too much for me, and dealing with
some decidedly "unprofessional" personal on the job was enough for me, so I
calmly went to the boss on Thursday and said that was enough for me. Dealing
with constant back pain was bad enough. I could feel the ...
and it's begun....20 Jun 2005 02:23 GMT8
Ok, so I've been lurking here for a little over a month now.  That would
be about the time I was diagnosed with Hep C, Genotype 3a.  After
reading this newsgroup, I'm more than thankful that the tx for Genotype
3a is only 24 months long.  I've been writhing in anxietey for the ...
Improved mental patterns19 Jun 2005 17:23 GMT6
Hi all.  Thanks very much to those of you who replied to my blurb about my
daily depression cycles.  They still happen, but because they are somewhat
predictable, I try to step back and observe them a little more objectively.
In the wee hours I open the window, consume large ...
3 docs tell me not treat19 Jun 2005 02:36 GMT13
Hi Kids,
Update. Took my first shot 02/27/05 and last shot 04/04/05 'cause my WBC
dropped to 1.3.  Pre-tx cat scan showed enlarged spleen or who ever read
it was drunk.
"Medical Marijuana" for Nausea Caused by Interferon19 Jun 2005 02:14 GMT18
I am preparing for my  interferon treatment and I have heard it can cause
severe nausea. Here in California, Medicinal Marijuana is available. Has
anyone ever heard of the usage of this to curb the side effects? I've heard
that Interferon can make you suicidal as well.
"Denver Shunt?"18 Jun 2005 21:19 GMT3
I am very new to the newsgroups, also to having this 'dragon'...I assume
that means Hep-C. I have some great doctors at UAB in Birmingham, AL.  I've
suffered with
ascities(sp) so they placed what they call a 'denver shunt' in my chest.
Zoloff considered a "Liver safe" AD while on HCV TX? 18 Jun 2005 20:27 GMT5
Subject says it all I guys
I'm had a "Breakthrough" (increase in my VL at week 30 of Pegasus)
I'm going to try going to Daily Infergen and Riba directly without a
washout period, while I'm still at a "relatively low" (4,680 IU/ml) VL
I could use some opinions17 Jun 2005 08:36 GMT18
I hope everyone is doing well.
I will be starting round 2 in the very near future. Round 1 was a total
disaster. I started on narcotics (prescribed) and I don't think they
helped in the end. My wife seemed to be emotionally affected even more
20 Reasons to Abandon Christianity16 Jun 2005 17:15 GMT27
1. Christianity is based on fear. While today there are liberal clergy who
preach a gospel of love, they ignore the bulk of Christian teachings, not to
mention the bulk of Christian history. Throughout almost its entire time on
Earth, the motor driving Christianity has been-in ...
Off the wall?!16 Jun 2005 14:06 GMT7
I just came from a visit with my friendly local physician.  Just a checkup
and a change in blood pressure meds, that's all.
While we were discussing my HCV, he suddenly said, "This is going to sound
really off the wall, but have you considered alternative medicines?"  Turns

Hey everyone,
I thought I would write an email to you all, after I had settled a bit
of this fury in my head,..But I'm realizing that you help me settle the
fury. For that I am eternally grateful.
