I was diagnosed 10 years ago but have recently got bad enough to start treatment. It should begin on May 6th. I am very nervous about starting treatment. The Dr. said I need 48 weeks of treatment.I am so glad that I found people to talk to. Any advice on night of 1st shot?

Any advice or info. I am on Effexor XR Venlafaxine HCI 75 mg. I am told I might want to go up to 150 the "diagnostic" dose. But this seems to work good enough for me.
