Greetings and hello21 Jan 2005 12:15 GMT5
I'm relatively new to posting here. Thought I'd say hello. I found out
about my hep about 18 months ago. I live in NY and am in my mid 30's.
I've just about finished half of my 24wk peg/riba tx. I get my 12 week
pcr in about 3 weeks to find out what my body is doing. The tx is
Eye problem post tx20 Jan 2005 00:08 GMT6
I just wanted to post that I, although I'm feeling really well these
days, I have a problem with my eyes (one in particular) which is
probably due to tx.  About 16/18 weeks into tx, my eyes started
watering a lot and, although there have been brief reprieves, it has

If there was a new technology that would dramatically impact
the quality of life and health for you and the people you
love and care about, would you want to know more about
it? To learn more about the health and wellness
Dear Abby18 Jan 2005 19:53 GMT2
DEAR ABBY,
My husband has a long record of money problems. He runs up huge credit
card bills.  At the end of the month, if I try to pay them off, he
shouts at me, saying I am stealing his money. He says pay the minimum,
My Thoughts On PMS18 Jan 2005 19:45 GMT12
Sorry. women!  I know it's no laughing matter, this Jeckyl and Hyde
thing you gals go through monthly.  Hell, if it's one thing men
understand about women, it's that they get downright onry when PMS rears
it's nasty head.  If it weren't for men being around to beat up when PMS

With the last night riba, I've done with my first 12 weeks of treatment.
I could stick to the maximum dosage for more than 80% of the time (I had
riba reduced from 1000 to 800 for 16 days).

Its another one of those, there I was storys. I was at a New Year
gathering and then it happened. A glass of Champagne was put in my
hand. Seeing how this was the first alcohol in my hand for over 2
years, I stood and looked at it for the longest time until I noticed

I have no idea how I've made it this far, all things considered, but tonight
I took my 24th shot out of 48. Next week they will do a blood test to see if
I'm still undetectable. Ouch, yes my leg still hurts like hell.

What a difference a day makes!17 Jan 2005 09:59 GMT40
Today was just a complete turn around from what I have been experiencing. It
was such a good day today, it felt good just to be alive, pain or no pain.I
had an appt with my doc today,(not the hepc doc). After my appt. I had lunch
on an outdoor patio there and it was spectacular ...
injection site17 Jan 2005 08:45 GMT31
Quick question. My first injection site kind of bruised over after about 4
or 5 days and is still there, my second site bruised up the next day.  On me
these do look like bruises and not the red splotch that alot of people have
mentioned. On average how long do these bruises / ...
Well..  I'm NOT Undetectable...16 Jan 2005 21:56 GMT27
Thats right.. Unfortunately, the test that will show if I got the
proverbial 2 log drop hasn't come back yet, the BCLD says a couple/few
more days.  However, he says even if i didn't get the 2 log drop, he
wants me to continue, and he is going to try and convince my insurance
Warning! Warning! Injection Site Warning!!16 Jan 2005 14:19 GMT4
Do NOT rub injections sites under any circumstances.  Some injection
sites are better when rubbed.....ahahha, but not the kind most commonly
referred to in a forum of this nature.  Don't rub your injection sites!
I really mean it.  Now go on, get outta here!
