In spite of the discouraging results initially,(I have type 2b geno and the
14th wek of combo tx I went from 3.2mm donw to only 100,000) my Doc says it
is worth a try to keep at it for another 12 weks, his reasoning is it's
easier to go to undetedcable from 100m than 3.2mm. lthough ...

Got a letter from my VA primary care with all my lab results, except the
pending pcr.  Only two tests were abnormal:
AST - 79
ALT - 157

Yesterday I was told that some partial results for my 4th week test were
ready. I made a quick trip to the place this morning to get the results.
ALT level dropped into the normal range: 42 (from 77 two weeks before).
This was just a great piece of news, but...
