Hi this is Bruce in Ohio again.
My Doc gave me some darvocets to keep the shakes and chills down and
they seem to work .I am filling out FMLA papers today in case I have any
more reactions on shot day and can't work.

I FOUND OUT I HAVE HEPATITS C , & I AM GOING TO HAVE TO START TREATMENT.
MY DOCTOR SAID I SHOULD DO FINE !   CAN ANYONE TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE
SHOTS ????   I JUST HATE NEEDLES  DONT KNOW IF I EVER WILL BE ABLE TO

1. Like so many others, I get flushed, sweaty, and in general feel just hot
almost all of the time. When I feel like that(feverish) I have taken my
temperature with a digital thermometer, and it always reads normal temp.
What the heck is that all about?

I wonder if somebody knew about alternatief treatment. I have heard last
week that tehe cure with PegIntron, Ribovarin and Amantadine is not
succesfull for me. Has no use to go on. sh.t.
Is there somebody who knows of an other medication?

Had my six months post-tx viral load test drawn the other day.  We don't do
the high sensitivity Hep C testing in my lab so I had to send it out to our
reference lab.  I should have the results in a week or so.  A bit
anxious....

I just got my results back...I went from 9,560,000 to <5. The test my doc
uses is the Heptimax.  I just wanted everyone to know and maybe give some
hope to all who are not at the 12 week mark. I'll be doing 14/48
tonight...yippee!!

I just got a fax from the doc and my AST is 28 and my ALT is 35!!!!!!!!!!
8 weeks ago I was looking at 115 and 197.
I'm so jazzed I just celebrated with an early shot today :)
