Hey Gordo30 Sep 2004 22:44 GMT15
I read your post about making chipotle.  It's that time of year, so
decided to make some today.  Red jalapenos are hard to come by so I went
to the farmer's market today to get them and there just weren't many
available.  I talked to a Menonite farmer there and told him I need 10
thyroid30 Sep 2004 21:56 GMT2
Man I love it when I prove the doc wrong!!
Two days after my last shot of peg I had blood work done, it showed my TSH
level still too high, the BCLD wanted to raise my synthroid. I told him I
wanted to wait and see if my thyroid would return function. It would be hard
Taken off Tx30 Sep 2004 02:16 GMT7
After 12 weeks it appears that tx isn't working for me.  I was 144,00 vrl
and now am 124,000 vrl.   I'm 1A and followed tx carefully.  I have mixed
feelings about being told to stop.  I really wanted to go for it but had a
hard time with sides.  Lucily my liver is stage 1 to 2.  ...

It's not a good idea to go to computer class after having done the Led
Zep thing and having a few glasses of wine.  Crap, I couldn't hit the
right 'key' for nuthin'.  I've got another class on Thursday and having
learnt my lesson, am going to class again straight.  sh.t, it's
Orlando is off29 Sep 2004 21:51 GMT21
I was talking to my wife on the phone today when I came to the realization
that I'm scared to go do this shot 2000 miles from home. I decided to
cancel. While it feels as if a ton of weight has been lifted from my
shoulders, I can't help but feel like a worthless piece of sh.t. I ...
Ruin Pegasys?28 Sep 2004 23:27 GMT8
I had my Pegasys in the fridge, and today noticed that My fridge was
MIGHTY cold.  The pop on another shelf was starting to form ice.
Now, the peg is in a box, inside a slightly larger box. On the inner box
I noticed they printed DO NOT FREEZE on it.
free test?28 Sep 2004 19:47 GMT12
Does anyone know of a place in the San Francisco area where I could
get a free hep C test?  My husband was just diagnosed, and I'm
thinking I should be tested as well, but I'm currently unemployed and
have no health insurance.
Shawn update28 Sep 2004 03:44 GMT10
Shawn is doing relatively well,  I just got off the phone with him.  He
had 16 liters of fluid drained from his abdomen a couple of weeks ago
and is having more drained again this next week.  But he's doing well
enough that he and Randi get out every other day or so and take rides
Pics28 Sep 2004 03:34 GMT4
I just got done looking at all the photos everyone sent me for the
webpage that I put up a couple of years ago.  WOW!  I'm still smiling!
Hc has a beautiful smile and if I was 30 years older, I'd want to date
her mother.  ahahahahah  Thomas, that red shirt is STILL cooool.  I was

Power of suggestion?27 Sep 2004 07:42 GMT12
My VA medical provider,(she coordinates the Hep C program at Honolulu VA
clinic) does not feel that I should spend so much time on the internet n/g
because she feels that the power of suggestion is not good for me. She seems
to feel that I get too much information about side effects ...
Week 10 and LFT is anbnormal27 Sep 2004 02:52 GMT11
I am just wondering if anyone else has had a high alt after being within
normal ranges for the first 7-8 weeks. Initially my abnormal alt and ast
levels were high beginning tx, then they dropped to normal ranges
immediately after  beginning tx.
