Feeling bad17 Jul 2004 11:07 GMT4
I watched a nurse give my nephew a spoonful of medicine once and he cringed
when he took it.  I told her.....you would think they could make it taste
better.  She said...they don't want it to taste good.  That made sense to
keep kids from taking medicine when they didn't need it.
Fatigue and it's grip.17 Jul 2004 05:46 GMT24
Hello: My name is Paul and I'm a Hep-C sufferer. I've been diagnosed for
about 15yrs now and through that time have suffered from extreme fatigue.
I'm a Hemophiliac who probably contracted the virus through bad blood. I've
tried the Interferron treatment once, it didn't work and ...

A 12-string Martin, eh?  I'll bet that baby sounds gooooooood.   I had
both of my favorite electrics out last night and had a really great
session with them.
Awhile back, you mentioned hopping on your scooter and making a road
Magic Mouthwash16 Jul 2004 20:22 GMT10
My BCLD gave me Magic Mouthwash for my rotten gums.  I guess I have
thrush or something.  The mouthwash is weird.  Like having your whole
mouth shot up with novacaine.  It doesn't feel rotten anymore because
there is no feeling whatsoever.
Weird Side16 Jul 2004 06:09 GMT13
Yesterday I started having the feeling that a bug was crawling up my
left leg.  There was also one on the tip of my nose, and one on my
left eye.  Kind of like someone was trying to irritate me by lightly
stroking these areas with a hair.  Just an irritating, crawly feeling.

Yep! And more good news today. My doctor sent me a letter, saying that
his findings from my ultrasound are good. Everything is looks Normal.
At this point, I don't know if this means a lot, ( so I'm not making a
lot out of it) But!!  <VBG>   :-)

Biopsy went OK.14 Jul 2004 22:58 GMT14
Just like everyone told me, my Biopsy was a breeze.
NO pain during, as I was pretty wacked out.
NOW, there's really no pain at all. Really no tenderness either.
<whew>..  Now it's just wait, and then go to my doctors for the
About a friend14 Jul 2004 19:00 GMT7
My friend called.  She said her doc told her that her liver enzymes
were six times higher than normal.  She's clean and sober four years.
I questioned her and she said once a junkie boyfriend when she was 20
(20-something years ago) stuck a needle in her arm.  So of course I'm
Ping Shawn14 Jul 2004 18:29 GMT5
Shawn, how close are you to Granite Falls? I'll be there for a couple of
days next month on a family reunion. Perhaps I could stop by for a bit and
say hi.

Biopsy tomorrow. <Gulp>14 Jul 2004 17:46 GMT19
Well, tomorrow's my first Biopsy. If any of you believe in a Higher
Power, say a quiet one for me. Check in at the hospital is at 10:00am
PDT. So you can guess the rest.
I don't know what I'm more nervous about. The actual Biopsy, or what
