Complaining about Unethical (abusive, slanderous) psychologists!20 May 2004 01:42 GMT2
Don't take their abuse and libel and slander month after month or year
after year.
The information on how to complain against Dan Rogers (psychologist,

Pain Medications19 May 2004 19:40 GMT18
I was wondering if pain medications such as oxycontin or actiq could cause

Anyone have any experience with this?
If it would aggravate the hcv problem?
Infergen tx began yesterday19 May 2004 15:04 GMT5
Just wanted to let you all know, I survived the first day!!  The first
injection was much as I remember the first injection of pen-Intron;
fever jumps up to 104, chills, headache, etc.  But, for today anyway,
I don't feel that bad and was able to go into work for a few hours.
Hey Elmo!19 May 2004 06:55 GMT12
Would you mind spelling out in basic 1-2-3 English exactly what your
treatment was?  Since it worked for you, I might's well take it up with BCLD
next time I see him.

newbie needs some info18 May 2004 04:31 GMT12
Hello all, I just discovered this newsgroup and have been reading some of
the posts. Seems like a good group. If you got a couple minutes, Id like to
lay some of my case on you.
I had a biopsy about a year ago and found out I have fibrosis stage 3. I

Back in 97-99 I took part in the drug trials for the 'combo therapy'
of interferon and ribaviran, and have stayed in remission.  Since then

Just a quick one. Wondered if anyone else has experienced problems with
constipation post injection. I'm in week 32 and have found that after my
injection on Fridays I'm constipated and bloated until about Monday for
about the past 4 weeks or so now.
Fatigue After TX17 May 2004 14:32 GMT9
I'm new to the group and have a question for those that have completed
tx.  I'm type 2 and was infected in the late 70's.  I'm 16 weeks into
24 weeks combo treatment (Pegsys/Riba).  The sides have been fun..
Anyway my question, before treatment I suffered badly with fatigue.

I have been recently diagnosed with HCV, type 2, and have a question for all
and sundry. My internist reccomended two liver docs, one at the texas med
center and one here in never-never land. The never-never was first available
(of course, though I made appointments with both) and ...

I wish I had had the gumption to look for a hep-c group before now.  I could
have really used you guys when I was in treatment.
I  was infected in the mid-70's, diagnosed in the early 90's, decided to get
serious about it in the late 90's when my GP had a viral count done and it
