It was the ribavirin I stopped for 4 weeks to allow my hg to climb from 7.2 to above 10. My platelets have been around the 37000 mark all through treatment. Just don't cut yourself.

| Hep B vaccination | 09 Mar 2004 20:38 GMT | 81 |
Some time ago I decided to get vaccinated against hep-a and hep-b. Apparently, this is a good idea for people who have already got hep-c. I just discovered a few minutes ago that the hep-b vaccination was not succesful and they have now given me a booster. The nurse used the

It's a dark, cold rainy night in Buddsville, a nearly deserted mining town in the old West. The figure of a lone rider can be seen slowly making his way into town thru the muddy street. Doc Elmo gets off his horse and ties her to the post in front of the cantina, then ambles up

| More Info--the Doc Just Called | 07 Mar 2004 17:34 GMT | 5 |
Just finished talking to the doc who is actually running this trial. I was wrong about heating the blood for 3 days; it takes about 6 - 7 hours under general anesthesia and then they monitor you for 2 more days. Typical reactions are flu-like symptoms (we all know about those!) ...
