I don't have my next shot till this evening so this is the best time of the week for me. I'm off out for a gentle swim down the baths. If I'm going to get a few weeks reprieve from the worst sides, then I'll make sure I enjoy them :-) (the weeks that is - NOT the sides).

I'm using AVG. When I look at the test results, it says no viruses. When I double click on the results another page comes in and and some lines say "contains micros" and other lines say "some micros." Using google I couldn't find out what AVG means by "micros." The sites ...
