It's hard knowing just where to start with this message, so I guess I
will just jump straight to the point. I had my first seizure back in
1983 at about 4.00am. I woke to find my neck twitching, and a
sensation of my body loosing grip of what is up, and what is down.

hi, i'm new here.  well, sort of.  i was on here a long time ago.  i
have been on anticonvulsants for 27 years for complex partial
seizures.  i had an enormously difficult time gaining control of my
seizures, and for awhile they were intractable.  i was considered for

Hi my daughter has epilepsy since she was 10.
she has fits in her sleep and falls out of bed.  i am trying to find a
bed guard the would stop her falling.

Hi everbody
I have epilepsy. I am 64 years old. My firsg seizure was when
I was six years old.
I started with absence szeizures (petit mal). They increased to

I just reached into the pill drawer to take the PM ones and found I missed
the AM dose.  I have a reminder in Outlook and Yahoo set up, but I wasn't on
the computer today until a half hour ago.  The last time this happened, I
had a seizure.  sh.t.  Thanks for listening

Hey Group,
This is the first time I have posted here. After years of strange
attacks, I've been told by my Doctor that I have "seizure disorder."
I have mixed feelings abot it. Not sure if I believe it or not. But

I have a problem with sleeping, It dosen't matter what time I go to bed
at night. I will not fall asleep until about 2:00 in the morning. and I
will not wake up untill 9:00 or later, sometimes I sleep until noon or

As long as I can remember, I have had seizures. I'm not sure but they
seem to be simple partial seizures because I do not lose
consciousness. Atleast 30 times a day, I get this strange feeling that
usually occurs randomly but is also caused by hot water, and certain

I am a schizophrenic woman who was on the drug clozaril which is known
to cause seizures in some people. The doctors are not sure whether I
have epilepsy or whether the seizures were caused by the clozaril.
I would go to sleep on say a friday and wake up on sunday believing
