I have had seizures for 20 years due to head trama.  I have found out
that the best way to beat this condiction is to keep a daily journal.
I use Excel and I record my time I take my meds twice a day; how much
sleep I had; how many seizures I had and when it occured; exercise;

When my son was 4, two years ago, he had a grand mal seizure one
morning.  It occured when he was supposed to be getting up in the
morning around 7am.  No one knows why.  He is otherwise a very happy,

Hi i've had these happen to me mostly while drifting off to sleep and
not beeing asleep very long.
within a few hours. I also suffer from panic attacks but will get to
that later.

looking for some common sense guidelines.  I have a new colleague who today
had an episode about 1 minute long, where he suddenly stopped walking (we
were leaving a restaurant after lunch), did not react to anything (being
asked if he was OK, gentle touch on the shoulder), ...
