Has anyone here tried the Atkins Diet for Seizure control? I am looking at a clinical trial at Johns Hopkins. Please let me know of it helped you. It would be costly for me due to flights and hotels, etc. Medical visits and labs are paid for.

I was getting ready to download a game to try over at www.msn.com and just happened to see a warning at the bottom of the screen that gave a seizure warning so I clicked on it, it was pretty decent that they actually give this warning I have never seen it on any other sites before. ...

I've been diagnosed with epilepsy for close to 7 years. I still have auras and simple-partial seizures. During this time I had to stop drop drinking all alcohol due to taking my medication -dilantin etc. These days i've been dying for a beer and/or a shot of whiskey.

I have partial seizures. For the first 28 years, I just ignored them. Thev never caused me or others harm. Then at age 40, when it was medically diagnosed that I have complex partial seizures, i was put on Tegretol. I have responded well to Tegretol. It helps me with my
