I read a brochure about epilepsy and it said that simple partial seizures can progress to tonic seizures. Does that mean 1. You get a partial then shortly following that it turns into a tonic or

hi all, my son was a 30 week preemie. no real major problems until about 6 months ago. he had a seizure, i think they said petit mal. the left size of his body was shaking, drooling, totally out of it, for what seemed like forever, but i think it was like 2-3 minutes.
