Postings - No Domkeys 17 Apr 2004 05:33 GMT2
Following up my prior post from today regarding some posts not being

Donkeys, Shower Cameras, Optical Conclusions and Seizures16 Apr 2004 22:12 GMT9
Lately, I have been overrun with porn ads on my news group reader. I wonder
if the rest of the group saw those ads about videos of people taking
showers, other people engaging in lewd gymnastic activity for display
purposes with animate and inanimate objects and for "medications" of
"Squeezures"16 Apr 2004 18:03 GMT1
Hi (Again)
I have been having a kind of seizure I have called a "Squeezure" because it
feels like I am being squeezed. At the same time I "hear" a sound that
resembles the wind noise of a car passing - Doppler shifted. They do not
yesterday15 Apr 2004 20:25 GMT5
Yesterday morning I had another CP. Last thing I remember I was making my
tea in the kitchen, then I came to in the bathroom upstairs (sitting on the
toilet). Somewhere along the way I had bashed the back of my head and my
knees, no idea how that happened. All day I was in a daze ...
Opinions wanted15 Apr 2004 19:16 GMT4
Can I get your opinions and suggestions on this?  The following message,
copied in full, was in another newsgroup, and it and the responses to it
kind of upset me.

"Episodes" Types I've Had - What Are They?            4-13-04
It is with a bit of desperation that I post the following here! ;-)
During the last six months I've had various types of "episodes",
often many times a day. I will try to describe each separately

Scars14 Apr 2004 21:19 GMT44
Howdy!
On the "Oh the pain!" thread a poster commented on some facial scars that a
brother had recently acquired some facial scars due to a seizure.
AFAIC Scars are just one of the badges of courage that people with epilepsy
intestinal cleansing14 Apr 2004 15:10 GMT4
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience with intestinal or colon
cleansing, which is accomplished by taking psyllium husks and lots of water,

added to this.
Started on Topomax14 Apr 2004 13:15 GMT5
I have been on Topomax for 5 days now and Everyone keeps asking me if I
notice anything. I know this is going to take sometime getting built up in
my blood. My wife has found a way to get the Topomax for free. She does it
someway through the drug company themselves.
Optical Conclusions14 Apr 2004 08:00 GMT3
Errrrr...
From some of these headers I am seeing on this news group there are some new
types of seizures going around.
I don't want to form any optical conclusions but are these manifestations of
Can someone with epilepsy go on an exotic holiday?13 Apr 2004 21:23 GMT50
I have posted an article to my web site that attempts to answer that
question. The simple answer is "Yes, with care and support", but
please read the full article . . .

Is this a brain conclusion13 Apr 2004 12:15 GMT6
I had a 16 foot 2x4 fall on my head at work today, it fell from about
10 feet into the top of my head.  That was 5 hours ago and I still
feel dizzy.  Is this a brain conclusion?
I dont have insurance so I cant afford a doctor.

I'm new to this site and am very happy I found it. My brother and I have
been dealing with his tonic-clonic seizures for the last two years. He
averages about 1 seizure about every 6 to 8 weeks, and I have been present
