I have Temporal Lobe epilepsy from a TBI in 92. Started with dilantin and have been on several combo's since. I have been on 1800 mgs tegretol combined with 4000 mgs of depakote since 1995. Sometimes I took an extra 200mgs if needed.

What is the difference - if any of XR and CR Tegretol? Those are the two I have. Also, I am curious if it's possible to have XR and CR in tablet form. The stuff I get from my doctor is in capsule form. (blue and black) the stuff I get from Canada is tablet form Long oval shape
