Yes. I thought about that. EX could mean expulsado (expelled). But I find it quite amazing that a written word could trigger an epileptic seizure. Of course, words connect us to the emotions they represent, and if epilepsy is triggered by emotional recall, then it makes sense to me ...

I saw the neurologist on Thursday and he said from what I told him and what my psychiatrists told him that it sounded like complex partial seizures. He ordered an EEG and I had it Friday with special instructions to look for temporal lobe seizures. The tech who did it did a much ...

I have already 10 year epilepsy. I have partial complex epilepsy. At the moment I take the medicaments Gabitril 30 mg/day and Tegretol 900 mg/day. But my situation is not getting better. Is there someone who also take these medicaments? And say how manny he/she takes a day?

I have been diagnosed with having a nocturnal form of epilepsy ie it only occurs at night when I'm asleep. I have been told that I am not allowed to drive for - gasp - One year. Which authorities ( if any ) do I have to inform ?
