starting new cable programming that
focuses on people with disabilities. I am  posting to this  group
specifically because I have finally spoken to a person in charge of the

Everyone, I'm in the middle of this thing right now (and quite upset).
And, I'm waiting for my doctor's office to call me back.
Yesterday, when I went home, I read my schedule (or at least I thought I

Has anyone in here every had an anxiety attack before?  Do you know what

i'm scared and impatient28 Jul 2003 15:32 GMT5
Should I be concerned about the fact that I notice my symptoms more (now
that I'm waiting to go to meet with the neurologist)?
The reason I ask is because it seems that ever since I gained enough
courage to tell my family doctor about what has been happening with me,

Off to New Doctor27 Jul 2003 20:37 GMT4
I had my follow up today and my neurologist told me that she needs to
refer me to a new clinic because this is "over her head'.  She says I
specifically need an epileptologist and not a neurologist.  She is referring
me to an epilepsy group and August 11th, 2003 I will be ...

When the seizures aren't the worst that can happen . . 27 Jul 2003 08:05 GMT1
. . . . I mean, the seizure is usually gone in a few minutes, leaving me
perhaps a bit bruised, scratched, sore and confused. If that had been all, I
really wouldn't mind. But what I really hate (and fear) is this state I'm
left in for the next days or perhaps even the next couple ...
NY Neurosurgeon recommendations25 Jul 2003 23:02 GMT2
My brother has been having seizures for about 8 years.  After a recent

cyst was discovered.  I don't know why this never turned up on any
previous tests, but his neurologist says it is probably congenital and
sore muscles after seizures & eye rolling25 Jul 2003 22:42 GMT3
Mike said that he "distinctly remember[s] being sore after [. . .]

I'm curious. When I see the neurologist for my first visit, should I
tell her about how my legs become very sore and ache after my legs do

I've been lurking a couple days and finally decided to post.
First a little about myself.  I'm a 41 y/o male who works (worked) 7

contractor and thus had no benefits at all.  I generally left for work

I get these quick sharp pains in my head (occipital, and left temporal
