Following a massive bowel movement to top off the 55 gallon drum of
doody I've been amassing over the past 5 months, I have added 5 gallons

Its a basic chicken stir-fry, I added a touch of satay sauce before I took
it out of the pan. That whole pan is my serve. The chicken was about 240 gr

I know I was told by one dietician that most people eat too much protein.
The only one I saw who was concerned with the amount of protein I eat was
the one I saw when pregnant.  Apparently you do need more when pregnant and
breast feeding.  I did really have to push myself to eat ...

I believe it was Kurt, but I am not sure, who suggested that a protein
meal would cause a spike at 3 hours out.
I decided to test that idea on myself this morning.
I woke up with a FBG of 115. I began eating breakfast at 10.
