I'm a type 1 with I:C of 1:6 I am only 5'7", 150lbs. I am not the slightest bit obese but neither am I fitness guru. But I walk to work everyday, etc. Talking with some others type 1's who are about my size and weight have I:C's in

I've been referred to the book "Sweet Poison" by David Gillespie, which apparently attributes all sorts of human ills, most significantly obesity and therefore T2 diabetes, to the consumption of fructose.
