I just got done sh.tting my brains out for 24 hours.
Not sure what I ate, but I suspect it is one of the raw veggies I have been
eating to keep my weight down recently.

I woke up this morning with a 126 reading. This ain't good but it is
what I get. I don't take any drugs. I depend on diet and exercise. Right

I just had my netbook installed and the technician showed me how to get
on this,  somehow though it came through google groups.  I read that
Chuck Perry passed away.  does anyone know about this.  We were good
internet friends, and I feel so terrible for his wife and for his loss.
