Is there a known connection between blood sigar control and eating salsa? I swear it helps me and I ahve been using it for about 5 years now and everytime I get away form it my blood glucose gets more difficult to control. I use a tomato salsa made from canned or fresh

I have to laugh when my doctor's office computer can't schedule more that 2 months ahead. They have to call me to schedule an appointment for 3 months or more ahead.
