I bought some sugar free Kool Aid to flavor the water I've been drinking.
According to the label, carbs are 0, sugar is 0, in fact the only things that
have numbers are 5 calories per serving and 5mg sodium. Also Vitamin C is 10%. I
have type 2 diabetes, controlled by pills, no ...

I dont know if any of  you have heard of this but I came by it
completely by accident the other day.  A new wonder pill that gets rid
of bad cholesterol with a lycopene compound.  Will rid us of statins
apparently!
