Hi Susan
As a first step to investigating low lactose yoghurt I looked up the
Easiyo site. It gives some relevant information for example it doesn't
use a GM strain of bacteria. Seems they use lecithin as a thickener.

I called my endo to find out if I could start to take iron,  He advised
against it until I at least had the work up on the anemia.  He did tell
me that certain meds like actos and metformin can cause anemia.  If I
dont have a medical reason for the anemia, he is going to change my

I just got back from the endocrinologist.  He told me I am a little
anemic so he wants me to test my testosterone level.  I told him if I
grow hair on my chest, I am not taking the meds.
My a1c us 6.2 which didnt make me happy.  I was 5.7 three months ago.

This all started yesterday.  I actually felt okay other than super sleepy
and I did pretty much sleep all day.  Then dinner rolled around.  We had
plenty of leftovers.  I had some of the faux Pierogies, Carne Deshebrada and
some raw baby carrots.

I havent felt right all day and yet my numbers were 101, 91 and less
than two hours after lunch 91.  all well and good, but because I wasnt
feeling well, I  snuck in a nap, which is not my favorite thing to do.
I woke an hour later with shakes and that is when I tested 91 which is
