My pepper grinder broke and for some reason, since I moved interstate, I
can't find the cheap throwaway pepper grinder that comes with the pepper
inside it already. So... is there any loss of goodness if ones uses coarse
pre-ground pepper which I am doing now?

I've been pretty busy since before the holidays, so haven't posted in
quite some time.
I'm doing well, numbers are in the normal range and I go for my Endo
and Cardiologist appointments in two weeks.

It looks like there are at least a few fine folks left. Thanks for taking

My cousin asked me today to find out what  amount you all would consider
as too much glipizide.
I told her that I take 1/2 of  a 5 mg tab in the morning and the other
