Whoa!  Retest!02 Dec 2008 19:48 GMT11
I just tested my BG at 2 hours after eating.  Was 122 prior to eating.  Had
one cup of brown rice spaghetti with meat sauce that I made from Amy's
Organic Marinara and added a small can of tomato sauce, peppers, onions and
Italian seasoning, ground beef and topped with a light ...

quite the same, especially during the holidays, but I guess we just move on.
My MIL was such fun, but the last years of ...

Remember when a pound of coffee was 16 oz? Then, 15 oz. then 14 oz, then

ambulance or at the hospital. They normally start an IV of D5W to give
you energy and hydration. Would a diabetic have a problem with D5W? I
understand it's a carbohydrate to sugar to energy process.

Now The Truth01 Dec 2008 15:37 GMT13
I lied! The Thanksgiving Cheater’s Test was not a whimsical ditty just
for a moment of light humor: it was a deliberate, and elaborate ruse,
designed to ferret out those frauds and dilettantes who shamelessly
profess membership in this honorable community.  The actual winners ...

Just a heads up for all diabetics.  I had to learn the hard way.  Just
because your Dr. tells you your creatinine level is fine - Don't leave it at
that.  I had to learn this the hard way.  Creatinine levels often do NOT
rise until you have lost 40 to 80 percent of your kidney ...
